Being a .radio registrant, you are entitled to use extra services for free.



(1) on.radio is a tool which allows you to promote .radio urls and/or use shorter urls for use in emails/on social medias.

Let's imagine that you own davidx.radio, you could for instance use an url on.radio/davidx (davidx is the part you have customized) which would be redirected to davidx.radio/Program/04122018/showlive.mp4 (or any url of your choice on your web site)

You can also choose to use a different hostname within today.on.radio, tonight.on.radio. live.on.radio and use urls like:

today.radio/mystationshows

live.on.radio/myDJname

tonight.on.radio/allHits

to bring visitors to some resources on your web site.
You will be able to track how many visitors have followed those links which could be quite useful.

(2) Next steps

We are working to implement new free services for Q1 2019. This will include:

Redirection services to redirect domain and/or host to any web page. You will be for instance able to redirect your domain to one of your social media account. (try alainartero.radio)
It will be also possible to define redirections for hosts like: facebook.alainartero.radio to redirect to your Facebook account

We want also to offer a free option to use an emailing redirection. It will be possible to create an .radio email account linked to another email (gmail, yahoo...). Incoming messages will be forwarded to the associated email as well as the ones sent from the .radio email account.

We think that it is important that you can start using immediately your domain. Therefore in addition of the above, we will offer soon for free the hosting of a .radio profile page. You will be able to choose a theme, input some details, upload a logo or a picture of you, optionally provide some links related to you and voilà!
